遠雄創辦人趙藤雄當庭爆料，指前營建署長葉世文在林口A7建案索賄並交付500萬元，但葉及白手套蔡仁惠都只認賄款是400萬元，台北地院昨日審結，認為沒有證據證明葉或蔡A走了這100萬元，憑空消失的賄款成了各說各話的羅生門。
判決指出，趙藤雄辯稱林口A7合宜宅案的4塊基地，遠雄都有參與投標，最後只標得其中1塊地，無論土地面積、銷售戶數及金額都是最少，如果是行賄才得標，何以至之？
他說，2011年7月8月遠雄得標後，魏春雄才說，葉世文透過蔡仁惠索賄400萬元，他在3個月後，由魏交錢給蔡再轉交葉世文；隔2天後，蔡稱葉嫌錢太少，他於是又再多給了100萬元。但葉否犯有再多要錢，僅認收了400萬元，讓外界質疑是否白手套蔡仁惠「暗槓」該筆錢。
北院審理後認為，雖然趙藤雄提出個人支出傳票，欲證明他確實有多提領了100萬元，但遠雄集團事業龐大，趙個人經常性款項進出相當頻繁，在趙無法提供相關證人證詞、監視錄影畫面或蔡仁惠簽領單據等證據下，無法證明蔡有暗藏100萬元的事實，故認定葉在林口A7案中收賄400萬元，不是500萬元。
